Alpha Lipoic Acid is a powerful intercellular antioxidant, it is crucial in the bodies ability to create energy. It reduces inflammation, promotes health nerve function and neutralises free radicals.

Product Overview

High strength easy to take daily ALA supplement. We use a ‘racemic’ 50/50 mixture of the R-(natural) and S-(unnatural) enantiomers. 

Alpha Lipoic Acid is a vitamin-like fatty acid that is found naturally in all your body's cells. It can be made within the body in small amounts and is also obtained from foods such as carrots, yams, sweet potatoes, beets and red meat.
